• Payment terms and schedule

4. Payment Terms

Upon full payment, clients will own the custom code developed specifically for their project. CygFlare retains rights to:

• Reusable components and frameworks
• Third-party libraries and tools

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information without explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

CygFlare's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms will be specified in individual project agreements.
